Is there a more awesome place to party than at a music festival on the open seas? All aboard the SS Coachella then.

It’s a spin-off cruise from the people behind the famous Southern Californian music festival, and takes place onboard mega-yacht the Celebrity Silhouette.

The entire ship will be filled with bars, nightclubs, casinos and stages – and Pulp are headlining.

Why: As well as rocking out to the bands and DJs, you can have a flutter in the casinos, take yoga classes on the deck, or go on one of the day excursions to explore the bars and beaches of the sunny Bahamas.

And, if all that doesn’t keep you occupied, perhaps the beer-tasting sessions will.

Do it because: Most of the acts playing are less mainstream than Coachella’s – it’s all about the indie bands and underground DJs here, so there’s bound to be a very hip crowd on board.

Who needs SoCal when you’ve got the Atlantic Ocean to party on?
