That’s why when we happened on this clip from Aussie breakfast TV institution Sunrise, we were, to say the very least, delighted.
When the show’s presenters Mel and Kochie rang viewer Jai Grumley to ask her whether she’d like $10,000 Grumley reacts how any normal person would react.
But obviously in TV-land, with its 24-7 make-up, and ludicrously over-lit sets, you’re not allowed to have normal human reactions, especially when kids might be watching. Well, frankly, screw TV-land.
