Last year Rober used two iPads and Facetime software to create the illusion that he had a gaping whole in his chest, this year he’s created an iPhone app and array of spooky, and more importantly low-maintenance, t-shirts for Halloween.

All you need to do is cut out the designated shape in the T-shirt and then tape your iPhone behind it with Rober’s custom digitaldudz app running on the phone.

Using your iPhone’s inline control you can turn the animation on and off.

It may be quick, but it’s also fairly cheap, the app is free, and the t-shirts are just £14. Better that than doing sit-ups for three months then covering yourself in blue paint like some people (in questionably relevant stock photography).
