The footage filmed on a member of the public’s smartphone appears to have been done in secret, partially hidden behind a bag or coat and appears to be engaging the seemingly drunk woman in conversation.
The conversation turns to the death of soldier Lee Rigby who was killed in the street last month.
Another female passenger on the train attempts to placate the situation by calmly telling the woman to calm down.
According to British Transport Police, the footage was filmed in the area of Kensal Green and Willesden Junction at around 11pm on Wednesday 5 June.
“At this stage, we urge anyone who witnessed this incident, or who recognises the woman, to get in touch and help us build up a full picture of exactly what took place.” said a police officer Tony Gittins.
