Students from the University of Tsukuba in Japan have developed a coat with a belt that simulates the feeling of being hugged from behind. To complete the experience, users can also don headphones, which call out phrases such as “I’m sorry! I’m late!” reports mashable.com
“The concept of this device is everyone can get the feeling [of] having a girlfriend,” hardware engineer Hikaru Sugiura said.
