Villa Amalia
Isabelle Huppert is excellent as a woman who, having caught her boyfriend cheating, runs away to Italy to find herself, in Benoit Jacquot’s fine existential drama.
The film moves at a slow pace but Huppert is in such great form you happily go along with her character’s voyage of self discovery.
3/5
GOOD FOR: Those with patience.
