Getting there
Cardiff is the main airport and is served by many low cost airlines with flights to most other UK airports as well as many European destinations.
There is an Airbus Xpress X91 which operates between Cardiff Central and Cardiff Airport. It costs $4.50 for an adult single ticket.
If you are catching a taxi to central Cardiff expect to pay about £25.
If you’re coming from within the UK trains leave from London’s Paddington station almost every 30 minutes and take about two hours.
Getting around
The main towns and cities are easily reached by train and coach, but getting around in the more rural areas can be a little more trying. If you’re in no rush, the bus services will take you to places you’d never see following the normal tourist trail, but hiring a car is your best bet.
