A 25-year-old recruiter employed by Texas Workforce Solutions found a disturbing image of a penis inside her inbox last Friday, along with the jobseeker’s CV.
She wasn’t impressed, and called the police – and the man received an ‘obscene display or distribution’ ticket for his trouble.
As reported in the Dallas Observer, Dallas police spokesman Demarquis Black said that according to the police report, the man is still unemployed.
“I think I know why he can’t find a job,” Black says.
