This year, Parlour will be celebrating Thanksgiving in the true spirit with a roast Turkey and all the traditional trimmings. There will be a set menu of two course lunch for £10 and a two course dinner for £18. Think juicy roast turkey with sprouts, cranberries, gravy and the ever-intriguing dish of Sweet Potato with marshmallows. Jesse Dunford Wood is the owner / head chef at Parlour and his theatrical cooking style combines traditional pub grub dining with an eclectic twist.

Celebrate Turkey Day in style on Thursday 26 November at Q Grill, Chalk Farm’s favourite American barbecue restaurant. Guests can tuck in to a hearty, three-course meal of seasonal Q Grill delights created by Lee Bull, executive chef at the Des McDonald Restaurant Group. To start, opt for seasonal favourite, Roasted pumpkin soup with spiced cornbread, or the House smoked goat’s cheese with apple & walnuts or indulge in Griddled shrimp with jalapeño grits, Deep South style. As well as the choice of a mouth-watering feast of Traditional Roast turkey with bone marrow whipped Yukon gold potatoes, squash & kale gratin, creamed corn & cranberry stuffing, diners can treat themselves to a Slow cooked highland short rib with sweet potato & burnt shallots or Truffled mac & cheese with foraged mushrooms a generous serving of pecorino. For dessert, guests can choose between two all-American classics: Chocolate, pumpkin & pecan tart or key lime pie. 

RED DOG SALOON
Red Dog Saloon are heating things up this Thanksgiving with a BBQ turkey! Served alongside sweet potatoes with marshmallows and cranberry sauce, this is one celebration not to be missed. Red Dog Saloon has been a pioneer in introducing authentic American BBQ techniques by introducing the ‘slow and low’ cooking method to the UK. This means that the highest quality cuts of meat are slow roasted over aromatic hickory wood in Red Dog Saloon’s award-winning smokers, which have been specially imported from the US for the task at hand.
