Tourism Australia Managing Director John O’Sullivan welcomed the grass-roots advocacy that ‘Today’s We Love Australia’ week will create for Australian holidays.
“When it comes to promoting their country as a holiday destination Australians are passionate advocates for sharing their inside knowledge with the rest of the world especially on social media – whether it’s stories and images of our pristine beaches, cosmopolitan cities, or food and wine,” O’Sullivan said.
Starting on Monday 9 March and running until Friday 13 March, the week will feature stories of everyday local heroes as well as superstar guests and performers, and giveaways.
