Sugiyama, an artist who claims he feels no affiliation with either gender, had elective genital removal surgery just after his 22nd birthday.
The ballsy artist then tweeted: “I am offering my male genitals (full penis, testes, scrotum_ as a meal for 100,000 yen… Will prepare and cook as the buyer requests, at his chosen location.”
He cooked up his liberated goolies with button mushrooms and some parsley days later for five lucky diners.
The story, understandably, caused some controversy in Japan, however police were unable to act on complaints as there is no law against against cannibalism in Japan.
Pictures of the event, including snaps of the dishes, were posted on an organiser’s blog the day after the meal.
