Maybe Amy decided that at the ripe old age of 18, it was time she saw the city.
Owners Jacqueline and Colin Bramble were amazed to receive a call from Battersea Dogs & Cats home, and believe Amy must have hitched a ride on a delivery van.
“We were totally shocked when we received the phone call from Battersea and cannot understand how she managed to get from our home to London in one day,” said Jacqueline. “There have been a lot of deliveries recently, and she must have jumped into a van and got to London.”
Battersea identified Amy using her microchip, which provided all her feline facts and figures, and she was safely returned to the Brambles.
