Paramadics rushed to the 42-year-old’s shop in the Meilan district of Haikou City in Hainan, China, to revive the man but he was pronounced dead in a nearby hospital.

According to eyewitnesses, the woman, 41, parked her scooter outside the shop to pick up her son, who attends elementary school in the area.

The man told her she couldn’t park it there, which led to an argument.

The fight escalated, so the woman called her husband and brother, who got started fist fighting with the shopkeeper.

The woman then grabbed the man’s testicles and squeezed them until he collapsed.

Urologist and San Diego Sexual Medicine’s director Dr. Irwin Goldstein said: “The testicles are exquisitely sensitive to touch and there is a huge release of adrenalin when there is excessive force applied to these organs.

“Testicular pain is referred to the lower abdomen, mesenteric plexus, and causes men to stop abruptly what they are doing, lie on the ground, close their eyes and bend their knees.

“A heart attack could certainly result from severe testicular pain from squeezing.”
