We’ve got 2 pairs of tickets to a special screening of Tomorrow When the War Began, the new adaptation of John Marsden’s acclaimed novel. 

Based on John Marsden’s popular and critically acclaimed novel, Tomorrow When The War Began follows the journey of eight high school friends in a remote country town whose lives are suddenly upended by a war that no-one saw coming. Cut off from their families and their friends, these eight extraordinary teenagers must somehow learn to escape, survive and fight back.

The special preview screening is held on April 6th at the Barbican, Cinema 1. Arrive at 6pm for an introduction from director Rachel Hurd-Wood. The film starts at 6:30 pm with complementary soft drinks and popcorn, and is followed up by a conversation between director Rachel Hurd Wood and TimeOut critic Dave Calhoun

A must for film fanatics! And don’t forget, this screening is part of the 17th London Australian Film Festival. Check it out.
