At 9.30am, a witness saw Gonzaga open his fly, remove his appendage and then cover himself with a plastic shopping bag. He then went and stood behind a woman waiting to be served.
The queuing woman felt something touch her backside twice, but she initially assumed it was a ‘bag of produce’, according to the Orlando Sentinel.
The witness then shouted to the woman to warn her, and Gonzaga tried to get away – but other shoppers stopped him from leaving until the police arrived.
He initially denied he’s been up to anything but then admitted his exposure might have been ‘inadvertent’, and said that he had found the woman he had been standing behind ‘very attractive’.
