The world’s fattest mum has said she wants to keep eating until she weighs a tonne.

Single mother of two, Susanne Eman, currently weighs 52 stone, but she wants to reach 115 stone.

The 32-year-old from Arizona, US, eats over 20,000 calories per day and wants to become the fattest woman ever.

Eman, who makes a living from modelling on super-size websites, says: “The bigger I get the better I feel. I feel confident and sexy.

“Two years ago I hit 35 stone and noticed I had actually started attracting more men. It made me feel good. My goal is to be 57 stone by the end of the year. I should be 115 stone by age 41 or 42.

"Why not see how fat I can get? I want to break the stigma that being fat is a bad thing."

Eman has a website (susanneeman.com) documenting her journey to “becoming the biggest woman of all time”.

Eman spends eight hours filling six trolleys during her monthly food shop and a typical dinner for her would be 12 filled tacos with a dessert of eight scoops of ice cream with brownies.

She insists that she feels well and looks after her health.

Her GP, Dr Patrick Flite, said she was “playing Russian roulette with her life”, but that no problems had showed up on her medical checks.

She has two sons, Gabriel, 16, and Brendin, 12, who have normal diets.

Eman added: "I go for a waddle and do stretches and exercises every day. My muscles need to hold my weight, so I have to stay strong.

"I take my blood pressure once a week, and I check signs like blood sugar levels.

"If any readings go above a certain level, I'll contact my doctor. But I haven't gone near the danger zones yet. I'd love to find out if it's possible to reach a ton."

She has already beaten the current living record holder, the 50 stone Donna Simpson, 43, from New Jersey, US.

In this video, Simpson describes her belly as “very fluffy…like a nice pillow.”
