WOW Air are the launching the £99 one-way fare from next April (2018) but you can book your tickets now. There’s a few minor catches (isn’t there always) – anything over a 10kg carry-on will cost £29.99 and checked luggage will set you back £44.99 and there is a stop-over in Reykjavik but quite frankly, as Iceland appears on more and more bucket lists this can be seen as a bonus rather than a hindrance.
With a short lay-over in Reykjavik, the total flight time is just over 11 hours as opposed to 8 hours but why not take full advantage, stay a few days in Iceland and head on to NYC! OR head to LA for a mere £149.99 (one way).
