Despite the line up changes on the judging panel, viewers are still tuning in to X Factor, with 11 million tuning in for the launch of the new series.
There was concern that fans would stop watching the show after Simon Cowell had left the show.
But the show got nearly as many viewers as last year’s opening night, which had 11.9 million viewers.
On Saturday the show had a staggering 12.6 million viewers.

Take That’s Gary Barlow stepped into Cowell’s old head judge role and Dannii Minogue and Cheryl Cole were replaced by Destiny’s Child’s Kelly Rowland and Tulisa Contostavlos from N-Dubz.
Louis Walsh is the only original member of the judging panel.
Cowell said: "I am thrilled with numbers. The new judging team are doing a brilliant job and I think the show feels even better this year."
Producers say that Cowell will remain “a huge presence backstage”.
The most talked about entry so far is 16-year-old Janet Delvin from Northern Ireland who sang an Ellie Goulding-esque version of Your Song by Elton John.
