The suspected thief, not happy with just pilfering clothes, can be seen in the footage caressing a headless mannequin’s breast and then mounting it.
In the video, posted on LiveLeak, the eccentric crook pulls his black t-shirt over his head before he begins his seduction technique.
The man was subsequently arrested by police, who claim that he was stealing to fund his drug habit.
