Michael Hooper has been cited for his deliberate no arm ruck clearance against England on Saturday at Twickenham.

Hooper took out England full back out towards the end of the first half but was not punished on field.  It looked like a straightforward penalty and yellow card incident, but referee Roman Poite did not see reason to go to the TMO.

If found guilty Hooper will be issued a one game ban and miss the clash with Wales on Saturday at Twickenham. The citation officers have been kept busy at this tournament and several players have received a one match ban and it does not look good for Hooper

The meeting is scheduled for 10am on October the 6th.
