There are so many festivals out there now, and trying to choose which one to go to can be a bit overwhelming. We’ve got a great selection of festivals which we think are worth a look.
Big Festivals
Here are some of the big boy’s which are worth a visit this year
TRNSMT FESTIVAL – 12th -14th July – Glasgow
LATTITUDE FESTIVAL – 18th -21st July – Suffolk
Forget about the reputation for gin swilling Yummy Mummies, Latitude has gone much further than that in recent years, and remains one of the most chilled and welcoming large festivals. It’s got something for everyone, and a great line-up for 2019.
BOOMTOWN FESTIVAL – 7th -11th August – Hampshire
Holy Moly, would you look at the line up! This is by far one of the best big festivals on the planet. It’s most certainly our fave of the big hitters, and this year looks to a corker! Strap yourself in, and hold on tight, because this is going to go off!
Boutique and unique Festivals
It’s not about the size, but what you do with it that counts
BEAT-HERDER – 12th -14th July – Lancashire
This was our fave festival bar none in 2018, and this year looks to be another great line-up. Sometimes a festival is much more than a bunch of bands on different stages, it’s about the soul of the whole event. This one has buckets of soul, and has to be one of the highlights of your summer. Check out our feature from last years event.
END OF THE ROAD FESTIVAL – 29th Aug -1st Sept – Wiltshire
You would be forgiven in thinking this is some sort of religeous cult preparing for the apocalypse, but thankfully it’s just a really chilled festival full of great music.
ONE LOVE – 30th Aug -1st Sept – Kent
If you like Reggae and Dub, then this might be the one for you.
MUCKY WEEKENDER – 20th Sept -21st Sept – Sussex
The Dub Pistols, have brought some of the best acts together for their own mucky weekend. We have high hopes for this newcommer. Expect big beats, and even bigger basslines.
FARM FEST – 25th Sept -27th July – Somerset
Onother festival which seems to be growing from strength to strength each year is Farm Fest. We have 4 tickets to give away in our competition, so check out your chance to go courtesy of TNT.
INNERVISIONS FESTIVAL – 3rd July – 7th July – London
If you can’t be arsed to get out of London, or just like the feeling of your own bed, then you can’t go wrong with Innervisions 2019. It’s got an awesome line up of artists this year.
CORNBURRY FESTIVAL – 5th July – 7th July – Oxfordshire
A quintesentially English affair! Great line up of music, a pair of hairy bikers sorting out the catering and lashings of bunting!
WILDERNESS FESTIVAL – 1st Aug – 4th Aug – Oxfordshire
Another mid-sized festival which offers a little bt of magic alongside the music headliners. This is a really we curated mix of music, artists, foodie treats and tonic for the soul like forest bathing and wild swimming.
WONDERFIELDS FESTIVAL – 12th July – 15th July – Exeter
Last but not least, Wonderfields, looks like it’s going to go big before it finds a new home. This is the last time that Wonderfields will take place at Great Fulford, so expect the final farewell to this stunning venue to be a big one! Also get in their before it grows anymore and you can say you can remember the good old days before it got big!
