High Adrenaline action
You generally remember those times your life flashed before you, and a good dose of adrenaline is a great way to get the heart pumping!
Book a parachute jump, there are jump centres all around the country and there’s no better way to get the heart going than free falling from an plane for a few thousand feet.
Go ziplining. There are zipwires popping up all over the place, the one in Snowdonia is well worth a trip. Or take a trip to Brighton.
