Secret Cinema’s Grease: The Immersive Movie Musical is back for another summer run at Evolution London in Battersea Park, following a sold-out 2025 season. The strictly limited run plays from 22 July to 13 September 2026, and if last year is anything to go by, tickets won’t hang around.
The two-and-a-half-hour production blends the original 1978 Paramount film with live theatre, putting the cast and a live band directly in the crowd across giant multi-screen platforms. From the moment you walk in, you are inside Rydell High, with every corner of the venue transformed into locations from the film: the Frosty Palace, the Autoshop, and a full summer carnival. The songs , Summer Nights, Greased Lightnin’, We Go Together , are performed live against the rolling film, with the T-Birds and Pink Ladies weaving through the audience the whole night.
New for 2026 is expanded Roam and Return seating, letting you explore the venue freely before settling at the Frosty Diner or Drive-In for the performance. American diner-inspired food and drink are available throughout, and dressing up in 1950s style is very much encouraged. The show is primarily indoors, so the great British summer is not your problem.
General Admission (standing) tickets start from £49 per person. Roam and Return seats start from £59. Gates open 90 minutes before showtime. Evolution London is at Queenstown Road, SW11 4NJ, a short walk from Battersea Power Station Underground station on the Northern and District lines.
