This two-hour intensive workout will see you shaking your butt, celebrity-style.
Leave your inhibitions at the door as you get down to powerhouses Lady Gaga and Beyoncé belting out top hits, such as Single Ladies, Runs The World and Poker Face.
While you’re body-popping, shaking those hips, and isolating, you’ll also be learning basic dance steps, turns and posture. It’s definitely way more fun than slaving your night away at the gym.
The classes run just over an hour a week for six or eight weeks, or you can opt for the Beyoncé Diva Workshop for a two-hour intensive workout.
Everyone is welcome to come join in this ‘urban ballet’, from a Lady Gaga backup dancer to someone who more resembles a stumbling giraffe on the dancefloor.
Class times are designed to work around busy work schedules, so there are no excuses. The workshop costs £20 for the two-hour intensive class.
Full class prices are £82.50-£99 for six weeks. So grab a fellow diva-wannabe and in the words of Beyoncé herself: “Put your hands up!”
