Not so, as Australian agent provocateur Lush has gamely illustrated, staging Banksy’s ‘death’ in response to artists more concerned with sales than creating, and organising a wrestling match between Satan and Jesus. This new exhibition – his first on UK shores – promises “pisstakes, cool ‘urban art’, cutting-edge stencilling, idiotic canvasses of boring celebrities and real dead animals”.
