A small Soho spot with only 30 seats, hence its annoying no reservations policy. Queue and you will be rewarded, however, with sticky ribs, own-made pork scratchings and cocktails that go heavy on the bourbon.
Covent Garden gets a taste of the Deep South with this joint doling out slow-cooked ribs, beer can chicken and pulled pork, plus classic sides from collard greens to mac ‘n’ cheese and cornbread.
