The buzz so far: This south London songstress’s debut single, Picnic, was out earlier this year, and announced her arrival with its dark electro-synths and pure pop.

“[Debut LP] Illuminations spans over a decade and covers some of the most fun and memorable times, as well as being used as a way of venting and getting through the harder times,” Patchy says of her first album. Minimal, full of kitsch bleeps, and dreamy soundscapes, it’s a pop-fuelled slice of electronica.

The Critics say “Warbling electronic sound and decent melody”

The plug Illuminations is out now through Manual Music.

Patchy plays Finnstock.
