After scooping six awards at this week's Grammys, Brit songstress Adele has revealed that she will take a five-year break from the music industry.

The 'Rolling In The Deep' singer wants to focus on romance, claiming that several of her previous relationships were doomed because of her high-profile career.

Adele has been dating 36-year-old entrepreneur Simon Konecki - who studied at Eton - since summer.

She told Vogue magazine: "I am f****** off for four or five years. If I am constantly working, my relationships fail.

"So at least now I can have enough time to write a happy record. And be in love and be happy."

Asked what she'd do after that, Adele replied: "I don't know what I'll do. Get married. Have some kids. Plant a nice vegetable patch."

The 23-year-old - who looks very glam on the front cover of US Vogue this month - added that she was a good girlfriend because she "will do anything for my man. I am a good cook. I'm funny. Always want to have sex — well, most girls don't!"

The Tottenham-born lass scooped every award that she had been nominated for at the Grammy Awards on Sunday, including album for 21 and song of the year for Rolling In The Deep.

She has set a record for the most Grammys won in one night by a solo artist since Amy Winehouse bagged five in 2007.
