Unlimited holidays. How great does that sound?

And if you're one of Sir Richard Branson's personal staff, that's exactly what you get.

In a blog on, he said that some staff in the UK and US could "take off whenever they want for as long as they want" - it would simply be a matter of personal judgement.

He nicked the idea from Netflix.

"It is left to the employee alone to decide if and when he or she feels like taking a few hours, a day, a week or a month off, the assumption being that they are only going to do it when they feel 100% comfortable that they and their team are up to date on every project and that their absence will not in any way damage the business - or, for that matter, their careers," the billionaire wrote.

So there's the truth... the small print... the catch... and if you really think about it, suddenly it isn't so great - take holiday whenever you like, but you can kiss your career goodbye if you aren't "up to date".

Be honest, how many of us are? You'd never leave the office.

Branson added that, "We should focus on what people get done, not on how many hours or days worked. Just as we don't have a nine-to-five policy, we don't need a vacation policy."

We'll let you make up your own minds about the last part...
