Fuddy duddies constantly tell us that BBC broadcasters should speak the Queen's English - well, when Prince Charles read the Scottish weather recently he wasn't just speaking the Queen's English, he was speaking his mum's English.

That posh enough for you hey?

The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall popped into the BBC Scotland studios during a royal tour and had a go at doing the weather.

Charles, oddly, seemed like a natural in front of camera, giving an assured and approachable performance.

The visit came as part of the pair's commitments during Holyrood Week an annual celebration of Scottish culture and traditions.
