Training six days a week to tone your body into peak physical condition does sound like a lot of hard work.
If you favour competition done with a beer in hand, then this silly sports day, hosted by The Social Athletics Club, is a must.
There are 10 teams comprising 50 competitors in 15 sporting events including the world series of pong, tiddly winks, a staring contest, exotic-fruit bowling and the slippery slide.
A BBQ and summer cocktails will keep the energy levels up. Sportswear is mandatory, though.
Sat, July 28. 12pm-8pm, free.
