London what's on: East End Film Festival opens with Amy Winehouse documentary

International premieres, pop-up screenings and live events comprise this event, which has, since its 2000 birth, established itself as an international event.
Films in award contention this year include Amy Winhouse – The Day She Came To Dingle; Ai Wei Wei: Never Sorry, about the Chinese dissident; and Argentine doc The Last Elvis.
