Cricket: Black Caps skittled out for 45 in first test against South Africa

New Zealand have been skittled out for 45 in the first test against South Africa in Cape Town.
Kane Williamson top scored for the tourists with 13 from 19 balls, Daniel Flynn notched eight, while Brendon McCullum and Extras notched seven apiece.
Vernon Philander and Morne Morkel did the damage for the Proteas, with the former notching a fifer including the top four batsman, in six overs, for just seven runs.
Morkel teamed up with Dale Steyn to clean up the tail and bowl out the Black Caps in just 19 overs for one of their lowest test scores ever.
In response South Africa are 102-1, with captain Graeme Smith trapped lbw for one run by Bracewell.
Hashim Amla, looking imperious as ever, has raced to 63 off just 70 balls, notching nine fours in the process.
