Man City in swoop for Inter Milan defender Maicon

?Man City seem to have a cunning plan to retain the premier league title - by buying all the players there are in the world so that no one else has any. Or so it would seem with their recent acquisition of Inter Milan full back Maicon.
The Brazilian footballer worked with Mancini for two years when the two of them were at Inter and the Italian has brought his former charge to the Etihad for a rumoured £3m, a cut price fee as he only had one year left on his contract at the San Siro.
