It’s January, which means our good intentions for the year are still holding fast. OK, maybe we snuck that one lump of cheese in between meals the other day – but by and large, we’re doing more exercise, eating less crap, and cutting down on the booze.
Going on holiday, however, is a time notorious for the avowal that we don’t have to stick by the rules. Getaways are for indulging, right?
Well, if you want to be in with a chance of keeping to your resolutions until, say, at least February, here are some of the world’s healthiest spots to holiday – where the locals’ lifestyle might inspire you to stay on the wagon.
