The banks of the River Thames will be lined with ‘casetas’ serving all kinds of traditional Spanish fare. Tapas will be aplenty with the likes of Tortilla de Patata, Gazpacho, Jamon Ibérico and Pimientos de Padrón as well as delicious barbequed seafood and meats, and moreish Churros and Buñuelos.
Spain is renowned for it’s wine and the wine will be flowing too along with beers, cocktails and Rebujito – Manzanilla with lemonade, ice and mint leaves. Entertainment includes Andalucian music, dance and dress with the obligatory Flamenco.
