Australians or New Zealanders planning to spend more than six months in the UK from April will be required to pay a £200 yearly surcharge as part of their application.
The surcharge is designed to help ensure the National Health Service receives a fair contribution to the cost of healthcare from temporary migrants.
If you’re aged between 18 and 30, apply to come to the UK on the youth mobility scheme and get yourself £50 off the fee.
