The scene: Looking for a cool pool club? Then Miss Q’s is definitely the place. With its Asian-inspired floral interior, large colourful paintings and striking white pool tables adorned with red felt, it’s way more interesting than most dingy hangouts. There’s even a LED-illuminated dancefloor if you’re up for a boogie.
The grub: To ensure you’re winning on the pool table grab a generous portion of fries with sauces for £2.50, or a nacho platter and dips for £5.95. Mains are about £8.
Behind the bar: A range of beer on tap from £3.65 a pint, cider and the usual spirits. Plus there’s a 2-4-1 Happy Hour on selected drinks and cocktails between 5pm-8pm every Monday to Thursday.
Bill please: £10 an hour for a pool table. Drinks are a bit more pricey than your normal pub, but still affordable.
Verdict: A fun and lively venue for pool enthusiasts.
