Electric Paradise makes its debut at the Milton Keynes National Bowl on Saturday 8 August 2026, bringing together more than 45 artists across six stages for a daylong celebration of disco, funk, soul and house. Promoted by JBM Music, the event runs from midday to 10.30pm and is pitched at up to 50,000 people, making it one of the most ambitious new festival launches of the summer.

The Main Stage line-up reads like a hall of fame. Grace Jones headlines, with Candi Staton, UB40, Kool & The Gang and Sister Sledge featuring Kathy Sledge completing a formidable bill. The Big Love Stage goes deep into the feel-good end of the spectrum, with Cameo, Earth Wind & Fire Experience by Al McKay, Shalamar, Jocelyn Brown, Heather Small, Gwen Dickey of Rose Royce and Odyssey all confirmed. House and disco culture takes over the Glitterbox Stage, where Armand Van Helden, Dimitri from Paris, Roger Sanchez, Barbara Tucker and Julie McKnight are among the names appearing. The Fool’s Paradise Stage features Mark Knight, Todd Terry, Dave Lee, Michael Gray and Norman Jay MBE, while the Clockwork Orange Stage delivers straight-up late-Eighties and early-Nineties dance heritage with Graeme Park, Danny Rampling, Alison Limerick, Baby D and K-Klass. A sixth stage, the Data Transmission and Disco Infiltrators arena, rounds things out with a more underground flavour.

The National Bowl is a natural amphitheatre that has hosted some of the biggest outdoor shows in UK history, and its bowl shape creates an atmosphere that flat festival sites cannot match. A wide range of food traders will be on site, including vegan and vegetarian options, and the event is entirely cashless. There is no camping, so book accommodation in Milton Keynes city centre in advance. The nearest station is Milton Keynes Central, served by Avanti West Coast and London Northwestern Railway, with a shuttle bus service running throughout the day. On foot, Leisure Route 51 takes around 20 to 25 minutes from the station to the Bowl. Electric Paradise is an 18-plus event; bring ID if you look under 25.

Tickets start from £59.50, with VIP packages from £150. Book via electric-paradise.co.uk.
