This year’s Spanish entrant in Saturday’s Eurovision contest has admitted that the country would struggle to host the event were they to win it.
“It we won, I think it would be impossible to stage the next edition because it costs so much money,” Pastora Soler told ABC Punto Radio.
Soler will be singing Quedate Conmigo at this Saturday’s final, which is to be held in the Azerbaijan capital of Baku.
The Eurovision Song Contest will be broadcast this Satuday nigiht from 8pm on BBC1 and hosted by Graham Norton.
