Video: Noel Gallagher’s new video features Mischa Barton running around in her underwear

Noel Gallagher has released his new video for Everybody’s One The Run, which features former The OC star Mischa Barton parading around town in her skimpies.
After being dropped off by a cabby who looks suspiciously like Noel, Mischa’s dress is caught in the yellow cab’s door, ripped from her body at which point she gives chase down the sidewalk in leopard print underwear, as a fella in matching pants is similarly pegging it down the street. Before long the two collide in a coming together of matching-undergarment madness.
Quite what's going on is anybody's guess.
