After a stellar run at this year's Edinburgh Festival, our Comedy Diva presents 2 shows only in London.  Her 2012 performances have been meet with countless  five-star reviews and also being awarded a prestigious "Hotshow" by 'The Scotsman'.  Matthews has been hailed as the undisputed queen of comedy cabaret and returns to rock London to its foundations after her sell-out performances last year! The European premiere of Gold mixes her unique style of comedy with her stunning mash ups of music by artists such as Queen, Lady Gaga, Gun & Roses, Donna Summer and more.

What’s the show about?

Solid gold pop hits! Solid gold diggers — namely those useless Kardashian Wenches! And fabulous solid gold sequin dresses! So, there is a lot of gold, really.

What’s the funniest thing you have seen this week?

Oh my lord in heaven, I just arrived back from the freaky event that was A Night With David Hasselhoff. There were beach balls, feather head dresses, Berlin Walls being kicked over, tired copacabana. I have never laughed so hard in my life. Sadly, a number of times it was during his Jekyll And Hyde ballad.

Where was your first show?

A night of cabaret in Toronto at a gay bar called JJ’s. I rocked the crap out of it, but passed out during my ballad and woke up looking at Judy Garland and Marilyn Monroe.

Judy said: “Don’t worry, sweetie, you aren’t dead ... we are just guys in dresses.” I had to be taken away by paramedics and firemen... who barely made it out of the bar alive.
