Mikhail Bulgakov’s novel is widely regarded as one of the greatest books of the 20th century, recounting an outlandish tale of the devil visiting Soviet Russia with his sidekick, a gun-toting cat.
If you’ve read the book, the stage show will need little recommendation. If not, you should still be able to understand it all.
