Aussie musician, remixer, artist and general polymath Christopher Bertke, better known as Pogo, has posted a video online detailing the way he was deported from the US following a run-in with the US border agency.
Bertke was touring with Dynamo and That One Guy when he accidentally left the US, upon re-entering the country he presented his visa-waiver.
Made to wait for about three hours, he was then told because he was touring and supposedly working without an appropriate visa that he would have to be deported.
He was sent to prison for three weeks before he was deported back to Australia and banned from the country for 10 years.
Given his line of the work he is understandably frustrated and is appealing for help.
Given our current campaign regarding Border Agency reform in the UK TNT felt it would be remiss of us, as a bastion of Australian culture to help get his story out there and help.
