George Clooney denies split from wrestler girlfriend Stacey Keibler

He might have quite the reputation for loving and leaving the ladies, but rumours that George Clooney has split from Stacy Keibler have been denied by a spokesperson for the actor.

'It’s a total fabrication’ the actor's PR representative Stan Rosenfield told the Mail Online.

A British tabloid alleged that Keibler, a former WWE wrestler, had told friends that Clooney was unwilling to commit and so the relationship had ended.

The couple had just spent the summer in Lake Como Villa in Italy where Keibler had met Clooney’s parents.

In an interview in early 2011 with CNN's Piers Morgan, George said he had no plans to marry again, implying he wasn't a very good husband the first time round.

Clooney said "I hate to blow your whole news story, but I was married. Yeah, so I’ve proven how good I was at it, and I just…I’m allowed one."
