Almost six and a half times the average London monthly rent, can this apartment live up to its price tag?

With a coveted post code, six bathrooms and stunning views, the tenants will certainly be living in luxury. But with a night’s stay more than a top notch hotel, it’s hard to see that who'd sign a contract.

The average weekly rent for a property with four or more bedrooms in Greater London is £531, according to the London Assembley rent calculator. That makes this swanky flat almost 85 times more expensive per week.

This would be a perfect party room, not let you'd let drunk friends anywhere near

The apartment stretches over one floor of the new One Hyde Park development and looks out over Knightsbridge and Hyde Park.

Aside from a different shower for almost everyday of the week, all the other necessities are included. Among them is a "media room" and "winter salon".

Viewing is "strictly by appointment". So, unless you've got the cash to back it up, you can't even wander around for a wishful window shop.
