Two shoppers at Westfield shopping centre have been injured after one fell from the third floor and landed on the other.
The accident happened yesterday at 3.30pm in the afternoon at the shopping centre in Stratford, east London.
“There was lots of shouting before it happened so I thought the man might have been in a fight,” a witness told The Evening Standard. “But then we heard it was attempted suicide.
The man who fell suffered pelvis and leg injuries while the man on whom he fell is said to have suffered head injuries.
No arrests have been made.
