A knife-wielding woman has tweeted a threatening picture to Caroline Flack, becoming the latest member of the public to target the TV presenter after she was widely criticised for dating One Direction's Harry Styles.

The woman tweeted the menacing picture at Flack yesterday, which showed her holding a large knife up to the camera. Flack subsequently tweeted the photo to the Metropolitan police with the words "Acceptable tweet?"

Just last week, a 39-year-old man was arrested by police after he hounded Flack over the internet.

Flack, 32, has found herself the victim of multiple threats and stalker-esque incidents after her relationship with Styles, 17, attracted a flood of media attention - not to mention many negative comments about the age difference.

Some One Direction fans went so far as to send Flack death threats, prompting her to tweet: "I'm close friends with Harry. He's one of the nicest people I know. I don't deserve death threats."
