The palace has decided not to pursue a complaint over The Sun newspaper’s decision to print the naked photos of Prince Harry captured on a holiday break in Las Vegas.
The Sun was the only UK paper to print the pics but, despite 3800 complaints, St James palace has decided not to continue the complaint over their publication with the Press Complaints Commission.
“Having considered the matter now for a number of weeks, we have decided not to pursue a complaint,” a palace spokesman said.
“We remain of the opinion that a hotel room is a private space where its occupants would have a reasonable expectation of privacy.”
Harry was captured bare ass naked after inviting a group of girls up t his private hotel suite in Las Vegas for a game of strip billiards, only for one of them to snap the Prince’s naked bum and offer it round to the papers.
The images had already been published on US gossip website TMZ.
