How's that old adage go? Be careful what you say it may come back to bite you? Or, in the case of Aussie comedian Sam Newman, kick you in the ribs, twice.
That's because Newman mocked Olympic combat sport, taekwondo, on cult sports TV programme The Footy Show.
The producers of the show thought they'd teach Newman a lesson, setting up an on-screen sparring match between him and Aussie Olympian Taekwondo players, husband and wife team, Safwan and Carmen Khalil.

The Khalil's both finished fourth in their Olympic competitions and clearly didn't take too kindly to Newman's remarks about their sport.
Predictably, they kicked the shit out of him, and to Sam's credit, he had the shit kicked out of him in good sporting spirit.
